WINTER BROOK-

4 comments:

  1. This was done on dusty brown Pastelmat, flavoring all the colors to some degree. The warm/cool effect pleases me!

  2. I love this one. The sunlight falling on the brook is fantastic, the light in this is just so beautiful. I'm going to have to try PastelMat with gouache next month when we do color on the Gouache Challenge, it seems to be working so well for you!

  3. Thanks, Robert. You will love the combination of these two. Just keep in mind that it takes a little more time to build up the colors as they soak into the fibers of the paper. I love the textural buildup, though.

The Intention to Blog...

I always have such good intentions to post my paintings on this blog. (Isn't there something about the road paved with good intentions?)...
